The philosophy of NZ International Commercial Pilot Academy is to value students' goals, aspirations and needs foremost and consistently create the most achievable pathway to a successful aviation career.

To achieve this we provide aviation education training and assessments to the highest industry standards through professional management, the employment of suitably qualified, trained, competent and appropriately resourced staff, by operating a fleet of aircraft and flight simulators maintained to the highest standards, by serving the aviation education, business and recreational needs of the Manawatu-Whanganui Region and the wider New Zealand community.

By its nature, the Aviation Industry requires pilots who not only possess good practical skills and knowledge, but who can relate well to people and fit into a team environment in the real world. We are totally focused on developing graduates with not only qualifications but also skills that will allow them to demonstrate even handedness in dealing with other people and an ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively in a team environment.
