Enrolment Criteria
The following sets out the minimum eligibility criteria for International students to enter training at the lowest level (PPL):
- Attained the age of 18 years
- English – International English Language Testing System (IELTS) level as detailed in the course information
- Secondary School pass in Maths and Physics (India 10+2)
- Pass in Aviation English
- Valid Student Visa - a visitor’s visa is not acceptable
- Valid Medical/Travel Insurance
- Class 2 Medical Certificate – copy required
- Copy of Passport and Passport Photograph
- Be likely to meet the Civil Aviation Authority Fit and Proper Person requirements
The student is to:
- Undertake and successfully complete a personal selection interview (may be via internet)
- Complete the Commercial Pilot Academy Limited’s Entry Test for the relevant course
- Complete the ADAPT Online Prescreening Tool (www.nzskillsconnect.co.nz) (a pass is not required - this assessment assists us in determining your suitability as a pilot)

Our selection staff will review all information presented and evaluate the application letter, the results and the outcomes of the tests and interviews undertaken. They will then decide whether an offer will be made.
